Work from home agents have the same privileges as any other agent in our office, you just do not have a desk in the office. You are free to use any and all of the facilities at any time. We have several "work from home" areas in the office with computers for access to all the MLS systems. (Garden State, Middlesex, Trend and New Jersey MLS) The fees refected below include all fees with the exception of copy charges, all phone & faxes are free. If you get a listing you will pay the then current listing fee to the MLS (Garden State is $25.00 per listing loaded in the system). Advertising of your listings is your responsibilty. We have discounted advertising contracts with all the publications (remember that ALL the calls go directly to YOU).  How much more business could you do if you received ALL the advertising and sign call-ins on your listings?
