RE/MAX Alternative Payment Plan

The RE/MAX Alternative Payment Plan, better know as the RAPP is a means of paying your office bill through a commission split. Simply put it works like this. If you were a "Work From Home" your yearly bill would be $1155.00 X 12 months = $13,860 (this is $1200 more than if you paid the full amount every month) You would be responsible to pay $365.00 per month = $4380 per year. The difference between the $13,860 and the $4380 which is $9480.00 is paid to the office from a commission split. Once that is paid (most likely from two or three commissions) you would receive 94.25% of all other commissions for the year. How much more business could you do if you received ALL the advertising, internet and sign call ins on your listings?
