- Look at your commission check stubs from 2009, if you paid your broker more than $15,000 ...your "Desk Fee" is too high. And you thought you did not have a "Desk Fee" Ask you current broker if you can keep 94.25% of your commissions after you have paid them $15,000.
- How much more business could you have done last year "if" you received ALL the calls from the internet, advertising and signs from your listings? You would be shocked to know how many leads are generated from just one listing...all going to the RE/MAX listing agent. There is NO fee for internet leads.
- How many internet leads did you receive last year from your company...no-fee leads? You do not need to have listings to receive leads from our no-fee Lead Street System.
